Our apartment complex offers a comfortable and safe place to stay without breaking your wallet.

All of our apartments have gas heat included in the rent, and all of them include water. We have security cameras surrounding the entire exterior of each building as well as in all common hallways. Spacious floor plans and unbelievable closet space help to make your stay with us that much more enjoyable.

 

All of our units are two bedroom, one bathroom units. Most units have hardwood floors while some have carpeting. All units have been remodeled and have tile floors in both the kitchen and bathroom.

 

Being located just about half-way between Downtown Akron and Fairlawn, makes our complex the perfect location for University of Akron students as well as professionals working in the downtown or Fairlawn areas.

 

We take pride in being an owner-managed property and our 24-hour maintenance service is a comforting attribute to our tenants. We have a coin-operated laundry facility on-site.
